Cancellation and late arrivals policy

At Totally Treated Massage Therapy , I understand that unanticipated events do occur in everyones life.  Unforeseen events such as flight delays, car problems, traffic considerations are just a few why one may consider cancelling an appointment.

​

In my commitment to provide the best possible treatment to all my clients and out of consideration to the therapists time i have adopted the following policies

​

• Please let me know if you are unable to attend 

​

• 24 hours notice will be required for cancellations, if you do not give us notice then a 50% charge will be applied. I am often unable to fill that appointment time this also means that my other clients miss the chance to receive the treatments they need​

​

• If you arrive late to you appointment this will be deducted from the duration of your treatment and will still be charged full price on the treatment you booked, it is paramount you keep to your appointment time to enable smooth running of our business
